Our P3 children have been enjoying the return of Kodlay where we have been continuing to learn about beat and rythm.
A reminder that children should bring in their homework ‘books’ to share with their classes next week – Monday, 17th. I’m looking forward to reading all our budding author’s work. The sheet relating to this can be found in Newsletters section.
Don’t forget it is Festive Friday tomorrow and you can come to school wearing your Christmas jumper. I can’t wait to see everyone looking all Christmassy!
We have been busy making Christmas Tree decorations and Candle Jars for our class enterprise. These will be avalible to buy on Friday at a cost of 50p (Candle holders) and £1.00 (for the tree). There is one of each available per child in our class only. Please bring money in on Monday 10th if you wish to buy one. Thank you

On behalf of Pat Veitch and The Flowers in Bloom, the children are invited to make a ‘Christmas bauble’ (made from card/paper/ribbon, anything), to be judged and the winner/winners will switch the Christmas lights on at The Green on Tuesday 4th December. Entries to be in to school no later than Wednesday, 28th November.
All children in P2-7 should receive their HT Homework Writing Challenge in their bags today. We hope the children have great fun taking part in this and look forward to reading their finished ‘books.’
