We have been working very hard in our class garden and have been measuring so we can create a new grass area.

Our class have been planting sunflower seeds, kindly donated by Maisie. We are having a table group competition to see who can grow the tallest sunflower. We have also been learning the different parts of a plant, in conjunction with our John Muir award topic.

On Monday the 24th of September, the P4-7 children are going to have the opportunity to work with award winning author, Andy Stanton. He has written the books, “You`re a bad man Mr Gum” and his latest book is “Natboff.” This book is about the funniest and maddest moments in history. A letter will go home with your child shortly about this experience.Please note this is for P4s only.

P3/4 had lots of fun at Kodaly this week singing different songs with actions. This is on a Monday afternoon for 4 weeks each school term this year.
The reason there have been no photos on our blog yet is because we are still waiting for permission for photos to be taken or not from some families. We are sorry as we know you love to look at the photos of the children at school.
P3/4 were outside choosing natural materials to make a picture of an animal.We had a great variety of animals- mice, dogs, sharks to name but a few! This is for the P2-4 entry for the Glenurquhart Flower Show on Saturday Good luck to all of the class!
